Born and raised in Dallas, TX Ben Wade has always had a strong passion for music.  Having been a avid collector as far back as sixth grade, it wasn't until 8th grade that something clicked.  "All I could hear were the beats" he says.  "I found myself not paying as much attention to the artist."  He credits Today Was A Good Day by Ice Cube as the origin of it all.  "I loved that song so much" says Wade. " I remember asking my pops to buy me the tape but instead he brought me The Isley Brothers.  Since then I've had to know who produced everything I was listening to."  In 2005 he started Connoisseur Park and began to take his beatmaking seriously.

He currently is working on a number of projects set for release the fourth quarter of 2011 into the first quarter of 2012.  The first is The Privacy Lounge, a hip hop collaboration album between he and artist Q. Guyton.  Wade provides the instrumentals while Q. handles the lyrics.  The next is Loft/Suite, a lounge house instrumental album and the first of 3 instrumental albums all set for a 2012 first quarter release.

The future looks bright for Ben Wade and Connoisseur Park.  With the amount of projects already lined up for next year he plans to be force for many more years to come.
